LOCATIONS VISITED: DELHI - HYDERABAD - CHENNAI - MYSORE - BANGALORE

DAY 1: DELHI
On arrival in Delhi, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight is at hotel.
DAY 2: DELHI
After breakfast you head out by car for a comprehensive tour of Old and New Delhi.
Overnight is in your hotel in Delhi.
DAY 3: DELHI - HYDERABAD
We will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Hyderabad. After lunch, you can visit the
many wonderful sites of Hyderabad. Overnight is spent at your hotel.
DAY 4: HYDERABAD
A full day excursion to Golconda Fort is planned. Later, you can visit Usmansagar Lake,
one of the most beautiful man-made lakes in India.
DAY 5: HYDERABAD - CHENNAI
From Hyderabad you will fly to Chennai where you will check into your hotel on arrival. An
eclectic day is spent visiting the Museum of Art & Bronze, driving through the bustling flower
and fruit markets, observing the High Court , wandering around the nearby Fort Museum
and stunning San Thome Cathedral, strolling along Marina Beach, and discovering the
Theosophical Society before rounding off the day at Snake Park.
DAY 6: CHENNAI
After breakfast, you will travel by road to nearby Tirupathi, one of the most important and
richest temples in the world. It is famous for the shrine of the "Seven Hills of Tirumala" which
attracts millions of pilgrims from all over the world. In the evening, you will return to your hotel.
DAY 7: CHENNAI - MYSORE
After breakfast, you will depart for the railway station to board the train for Mysore. In the
afternoon you can visit the Palace of Mysore, a harmonious synthesis of Hindu and
Saracenic styles of architecture. You can also visit Chamundi Hill to see Chamundeshwari
Temple and its panoramic view of Mysore. On your way back, see the giant Nandi Bull, a
DAY 8: MYSORE
You can enjoy a full day excursion by road to Sravanbelagola, Belur and Halebid. At
Sravanbelagola is the awesome statue of Lord Gomteshwarawhic which is bathed with
milk, sandalwood and saffron every 12 years.
DAY 9: MYSORE - BANGALORE
After breakfast, you will be driven to Bangalore. On the way you will visit Srirangapatna, the
beautiful gardens of Darya Daulat Bagh, and the Sri Ranganatha Temple. On arrival in
Bangalore you will check into your hotel.
DAY 10: BANGALORE
In the morning you will embark on a tour of this "Garden City." Visit Lal Bagh, a beautiful
garden, before heading to the Maharaja's Palace. The afternoon is spent at your leisure
with plenty to do in the way of shopping and other activities.
DAY 11: BANGALORE - HAMPI
You will then proceed by road to Hampi which was once the capital of the Vijayanagar
Empire. The city was razed to the ground by the Sultanates of the south in 1565 and then
subsequently rebuilt. From Hampi you will head to your hotel at Hospet. The rest of the day
is spent at your discretion.
DAY 12: HAMPI
The entire day is spent at Hampi. In the evening you will return to your hotel at Hospet.
DAY 13: HAMPI - BIJAPUR
Today we leave by road for Bijapur. Bijapur was the chosen capital of the Adil Shah Kings,
who left a wealth of monuments. Other significant and interesting buildings to see are the
Ibrahim Rauza, the Gagan Mahal and the Bara Kaman. Overnight is in Bijapur.
DAY 14: BIJAPUR - GOA
After breakfast, you will travel by road to Goa. On arrival, you will check into your hotel and
then spend the rest of the day as you wish. Overnight is in Goa.
DAY 15: GOA
The day is spent at your leisure exploring the local markets or soaking up the sun.
Overnight is in Goa.
DAY 16: GOA
You are free the whole day to explore and enjoy the inviting sands or simply relax.
DAY 17: GOA - DELHI
From Goa you board your flight for Delhi. Tour ends.
